We invite architects, artists, and creative teams to participate in the All-Ukrainian Open Architectural Competition for the design proposal of a memorial stele dedicated to fallen servicemen, along with associated landscaping, on the grounds of Military Unit 3028 of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Main Objective of the Competition
To create a dignified memorial environment honoring the memory of fallen servicemen. Participants are invited to develop a conceptual design for a memorial stele in connection with the existing parade ground, a chapel, and the surrounding landscaping.

Participant Tasks
- Develop a conceptual design for the memorial stele, including space for ceremonial flower placement.
- Provide space for plaques bearing the names of the fallen.
- Integrate unit symbols (up to 10 flags/insignias).
- Ensure spatial integration with the parade ground and the chapel as a single memorial space.
- Include an area for a horizontal media screen (16:9).
- Take into account the terrain, engineering constraints, and provide for landscaping and site improvement.

- Jury Evaluation Period: November 4–9, 2025
- Results Announcement: November 10, 2025
The three best proposals, selected by the jury, will be submitted for review to the command of the military unit. The contracting authority (the unit command) reserves the right to implement the winning project.
